Who we are

Built by creators, growth operators and business builders.

We are not another influencer agency, and we are not another subscription agency. We are a private management office for digital talent — creator-led, commercially ambitious and built on our own technology.

Where we came from

Three backgrounds that rarely sit in the same room.

We keep our founders' names off the public site by choice — discretion matters in the verticals we work in. What matters more is what each of them actually does.

Founder 01

Chief Executive

A company builder rather than an agent. Background in company formation, governance, contracts, finance and systems — the person who makes sure a creator business is actually a business, with clean paperwork, clear reporting and technology that holds it together.

Founder 02

Creator & Creative Director

A working multi-platform creator. Has lived the content cycle, the burnout risk and the pressure to say yes to everything. Leads creative direction, content quality, onboarding, boundaries, talent development and creator advocacy inside every management relationship.

Founder 03

Director of Growth & Monetisation

A multi-platform creator with prior subscription-platform management experience. Owns audience conversion, subscription strategy, messaging operations, pricing and team training — the operational detail that decides whether reach turns into income.

Why the combination works

Difficult for a conventional agency to replicate.

Traditional talent agencies focus on bookings. Social agencies focus on output. Subscription agencies often focus narrowly on chatting and revenue extraction. We combine all three disciplines under one accountable relationship.

01

First-hand creator experience

Two of the three founders create for a living. Strategy is written by people who know what a shoot week, a bad comment section and an algorithm change actually feel like.

02

Direct subscription knowledge

Real experience running subscription and messaging operations — not theory borrowed from a mainstream influencer playbook, and not a chat-only revenue-extraction model.

03

Disciplined business operations

Contracts, reconciliation, governance and reporting handled to a standard creators are rarely offered. Our own operating system, CreatorOS, makes that work visible instead of asking for trust.

Why we exist

Creators run complex businesses with fragmented support.

Most talent now operates across several platforms, revenue streams and commercial relationships at once — while being left to coordinate contracts, calendars, payments, rights, collaborations, data and personal boundaries alone.

  • Reach without a coherent commercial plan
  • Income tied to a single platform's algorithm or policy
  • Opaque reporting around revenue, deductions and staff activity
  • Practical loss of control over accounts, messaging or content decisions
  • Partnerships, subscriptions, appearances and products managed separately
  • Administration, safeguarding and career planning treated as an afterthought

What we stand for

Six principles we hold ourselves to.

  • Creator ownership — accounts, credentials, payouts, content and personal brand stay with the creator
  • Transparent money — platform income is paid to the creator; fees and approved costs are reconciled clearly
  • Boundaries by design — content, messaging and collaboration limits are documented and version-controlled
  • Traceable activity — creators can see assigned staff, approvals, decisions and account activity
  • Fair exits — retention is earned through value, not punitive lock-ins or account hostage-taking
  • Sustainable growth — short-term income balanced against audience quality, wellbeing and career value

How we operate

Build. Monetise. Operate.

We help creators build their audience, monetise their influence and run sustainable businesses — with clear decisions, visible performance and creator control.

  • Build — brand and content strategy, channel planning, audience growth, collaborations, platform diversification
  • Monetise — subscriptions and PPV, brand partnerships, affiliates, appearances, products and licensing
  • Operate — the CreatorOS workspace, contracts and usage rights, revenue reporting, approvals and boundaries

The creator journey

  1. 1Selective application or direct approach, followed by an honest fit assessment
  2. 2Discovery audit: platforms, audience, earnings, ambitions, workload, risks and boundaries
  3. 3A written 90-day growth and commercial plan with responsibilities on both sides
  4. 4Formal onboarding: access controls, consent records and CreatorOS setup
  5. 5Weekly rhythm: priorities, content requirements, approvals and opportunities
  6. 6Monthly business review: results, income, workload and strategy adjustments
  7. 7Quarterly career review: diversification, brand development and longer-term value

Our standards

What makes the relationship premium.

  • Direct founder access during the founding-roster stage
  • A deliberately limited roster with capacity agreed before we recruit
  • Visible deliverables for both the agency and the creator
  • A creator-approved boundary charter for content, messaging and collaborations
  • Clear approval thresholds for pricing, campaigns and major creative decisions
  • No unexplained deductions or hidden supplier mark-ups
  • Regular commercial reporting that explains what changed and why
  • A clean handover process when a management relationship ends

If that sounds like the way you want to be managed.

We take on a small number of creators at a time, so every conversation starts with an honest fit assessment.
