Our roster
The roster is not published. It is shared, in confidence.
CINQ represents creators privately. There is no public directory of names, handles, rates or performance figures on this site — and there never will be. Brands receive a matched shortlist against a real brief, and creators approve every introduction before it happens.
Why it works this way
Discretion is a service to the creator, not a lack of transparency.
Everything a brand needs to make a decision is shared — it is simply shared with the brand that has a brief, rather than published to everyone.
Creator privacy comes first
Representation is a private commercial relationship. Publishing a creator's name, rates or performance to win an enquiry serves the company, not the creator.
No lists circulating
Public roster pages get scraped, forwarded and repurposed for cold outreach. Ours is shared directly with named brand contacts, for a specific brief.
Matching, not mass outreach
A brand should receive a small number of genuinely relevant creators with reasoning attached, rather than a directory to sort through.
Subscription creators are never listed
Creators represented through subscription and live monetisation are not named or profiled publicly, anywhere. That work is handled privately.
What we represent
The scope of the roster, without the theatre of numbers.
We would rather describe the work accurately than publish audience totals that cannot be verified from the outside.
Established creators, growth creators and selected emerging talent.
Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, live platforms, collaborations and subscription platforms.
Brand partnerships, subscription and live monetisation, affiliate, appearances and creator ventures.
Shared as bands and demographic make-up in the shortlist, verified from platform data rather than claimed.
How a shortlist happens
Four steps, and no surprises for either side.
Every profile we share carries a stable reference, so you can quote it back to us weeks later and we will know exactly who you mean without a name ever appearing in an email thread.
01
Send the brief
Objectives, audience, territory, deliverables, usage and budget range. A short conversation is fine — we will write it up and confirm it back to you.
02
Receive a matched shortlist
A small set of creators with the reasoning behind each: fit, audience make-up, engagement, previous commercial work and honest availability. Each carries a stable profile reference so you can come back to it later.
03
Creator approves the introduction
The creator sees the brief, the fee, the usage rights and any exclusivity before their name reaches you. Nothing is shared on their behalf.
04
Delivery and reporting
Deliverables, approvals, rights and results are tracked in CreatorOS and reported line by line, not summarised after the fact.
What a shortlist contains
Enough detail to decide, nothing the creator has not agreed to.
- A profile reference, category and territory
- Content style, tone and the sectors the creator works with
- Audience bands and demographic make-up, taken from platform data
- Engagement by platform, with the context behind it
- Brand safety notes and any categories the creator will not work in
- Honest availability, including where capacity is already committed
Names, verified reporting and rates follow once the creator has approved the introduction. Creators represented through subscription and live monetisation are handled entirely separately and are never included in brand shortlists without their explicit instruction.
Have a brief? We will come back with a considered shortlist.
Tell us the objective, the audience and the budget range. If we do not have the right creator, we will say so rather than send you a near miss.
