Application data
We do not request login credentials, identity documents or banking details through public forms. Where verification is required later, it is handled through a secure, separate process.
Retention
Application records are retained for a limited period unless you join the roster. Client records are retained for the duration of the agreement and for the period required by law afterwards.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal information, and object to certain processing. Requests are tracked and answered within statutory timescales.
