We work with people whose privacy carries real consequence. Confidentiality is not a policy here, it is the baseline behaviour we hire for.
Explicit-content creators are clients, not a punchline. Anyone who cannot hold that professionally will not last a probation period.
Boundaries, terms, decisions and approvals get written down in CreatorOS. It protects creators, brands and you.
Salaried roles with published bands, not commission-only. Chat shifts are paid hourly with reviewed quality bonuses, never revenue-only targets.

Own a small roster end to end: strategy, content planning, commercial pipeline and the weekly relationship. Suited to someone who has managed creators properly rather than just booked deals.
Subscription Creator Management
Full time · Hybrid
Run shift coverage, scripts, QA and escalations across a group of subscription accounts. Discretion, judgement and a genuinely non-judgemental approach to adult content are non-negotiable.
Subscription Creator Management

Represent creators in messaging within their written boundaries. Every shift is QA reviewed on tone and boundary adherence, not revenue alone. Full training provided; 18+ only.
Brand Partnerships & Commercial
Full time · Hybrid
Build the brand side: briefs in, shortlists out, terms negotiated properly. You will be measured on partnership quality and renewal, not volume of outreach.
Safety & Compliance
Full time · Remote
Own verification records, consent and release documentation, and the leak monitoring and takedown register. Meticulous record keeping matters more than speed here.
Platform
Full time · Remote
Build the operating platform the whole agency runs on. TypeScript, React and Postgres, shipping to people you can talk to the same afternoon.
Hiring process
We will never ask you to build a strategy deck for a real creator as a test. If we need to see how you think, we pay for your time.
